GreenLab Team was established in 1998, and now the team has gone through aquarter of a century, has become a strong team with 5 doctoral supervisors, 6professors, 11 teachers, 27 doctors, 115 masters, and has become a model ofindustry-university-research cooperation in the academic community. On theoccasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the team, nearly 100sincere students from all over the country gathered at the bank of Hubing pondto celebrate the celebration.

The celebration was held in the Academic Conference Report Center of TunxiRoad Campus of Hefei University of Technology in the morning, presided over bythe team teacher Li Fei, and four sincere students made experience sharingreports.

First of all, Teacher Zhang Xing made a brief speech to welcome all thestudents of GreenLab to return to their university to witness the 25thanniversary of the establishment of the team, and then led the team members tore-introduce the current situation of the team, and each teacher of the teamalso expressed their warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the students whocame from afar.

Then entered the "listen to the teacher a lesson" link, byteacher Zhang Xing to share his experience in the teaching process of powerelectronic technology and life sentiment, caused a warm response. After manyyears of absence, they returned to their Alma mater to listen to theirteacher's lecture. The students were enthusiastic.

Then four sincere students to work experience and experience to make areport.

Mr. Ma Xiankui, Technical Director and Marketing Director from Swiss-SEM,   gave a lecture on the topic of "How tocorrectly understand and reliably apply IGBT modules". Mr. Ma took theapplication of a resistor as an example to illustrate that various factors mustbe taken into account in engineering practice, and nothing can be taken forgranted. Inspired by this, the paper analyzes the experience in selection,thermal design, testing and failure analysis when applying IGBT in detail.

Mr. Ji Jianqiang, vice president of Ginlong Technologies, gave a lectureentitled "Learning Thinking on the development of Hybrid Energy StorageInverters". Dean Ji not only shared his own learning from the technicallevel, but also discussed with you from the perspective of philosophicalmethodology.

Mr. Hao Xin, Chief Engineer of Infineon, would speak on the topic of"SiC MOSFET Technology, Products and Applications". Mr. Haointroduced the influence of different semiconductor materials on the devicefrom many aspects, and took the power required by the product and theconditions of the switching device as an example, introduced in detail how todesign and balance the choice of the device, and finally introduced thetechnology and the application of the product and the application type.

Dr. Shao Zhangping from Huawei Digital Energy gave a report entitled"Exploration of New Energy generation Technology for New PowerSystems". Combining the development of new energy with power generationtechnology told us an interesting and informative lesson.

The celebration was held in the afternoon at Empark Grand Hotel. Asignature wall was set up everywhere in the conference hall. Under theleadership of Mr. Zhang Xing, the teachers of the team and GreenLab studentsleft their names on the wall and took a group photo. Sign everywherepredecessors came and went, in order to took a photo with teacher Zhang Xing,in order to record the moment and teacher, these signature wall handwriting,also just proved that the team has been growing for 25 years, constantlydeveloping, growing and flourishing.

The students followed the electronic album on the big screen, recalled thetime of learning and experiments, and shared the little bits and pieces withteachers and senior brothers and sisters. Teacher Zhang Xing and the studentsdiscussed together, there was a collective, there were teachers, there waslaughter, there were touched, there were deep thinking, there were nostalgia,at this moment the team was like a big family, everyone was a member of thefamily, sharing the story of the family.

Finally, at the celebration dinner, Teacher Zhang said that the team wouldalso get better and better in the future days, and every member of the team wouldalso be more and more outstanding.

At this point, the 25th anniversary celebration of Hengai JingchengLaboratory came to a successful end. On this very special day, every student inthe Hengai Jingcheng team shared their experience and sentiment withoutreservation, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the team and teachers. Theirlife path has exactly implemented the purpose and style of the team'sperseverance, mutual love, excellence and sincerity. The story of the teamcontinues, and the development of the team never stops.
